PMSA Relationship Selling Program Overview
Brad Huisken and Jimmy DeGroot will lead participants through a fun and motivational seminar on his PMSA Relationship Selling Program. Whether a seasoned salesperson or a rookie, this seminar has something for everyone. The program will detail his back to the basics approach to increasing sales in a non-pushy, non-aggressive, empathic, and relationship building selling process. The importance of reacting to the customer’s hopes, thoughts, and desires is emphasized throughout the program. The importance of the seven essential questions, selling additional items, closing sales, and the real truth about “The Be-Back Bus” will be addressed along with the proper way to turn-over a sale without the customer feeling pressured. How to successfully provide client outreach and develop referral customers will be detailed. The application of good, sound sales strategies will guarantee success on the sales floor, along with understanding what really is the goal of a sales presentation. Contrary to popular belief the REAL goal of a sales presentation isn’t just to make a sale, but to develop a lifelong customer.
